Welcome to Drawly!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Drawly app, website, and related services provided by PixoryTech OÜ, a company registered in Estonia with a registered address at Vesivärava tn 50-201, 10152 Tallinn, Estonia ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with them, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

You may use the Drawly app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reproduce, redistribute, or exploit the app or any part of its content without our express written permission.

2. Subscriptions and Payment

Some features of Drawly are available through a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed and managed through Apple's App Store using your Apple ID.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings at any time.

We do not have access to or control over billing and payment data.

3. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

All subscriptions automatically renew unless you disable auto-renewal. You are responsible for managing your subscription.

To cancel, go to:
Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

We are not able to cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the Drawly app — including but not limited to illustrations, lesson materials, text, design, and code — is owned by or licensed to PixoryTech OÜ and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

5. User Content

If you upload or create content within the app (e.g., drawings or feedback), you retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content to operate and improve the app.

We will never sell your content or claim ownership of it.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Post harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
• Interfere with the app’s operation, security, or functionality.
• Reverse-engineer or tamper with the app’s software.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful behavior toward the service or other users.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will function without interruption, be secure, or be error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixoryTech OÜ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Apple as a Third Party

Drawly is distributed via the Apple App Store. However, Apple Inc. is not a party to these Terms and does not provide any warranty, support, or responsibility for the content or functionality of the app. Any claims, support inquiries, or legal concerns should be directed to PixoryTech OÜ.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will revise the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the app indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
